I finalized our designs with this print and between the point that they were finalized and shipped, edits were made to the designs in a way that we did not want or accept or were even aware of before they shipped. I finalized and ordered our designs on April 20th and they were altered before print on April 22nd in a way that the words were on top of each other and moved and the sunshine was not even at the top of the invite. I would have never ordered them the way they were altered. We spent $150 on these invites and a ton of time picking the right invites for our baby shower. Our shower is in 6 weeks and the invites needed to be sent out this week so there’s really not much time to fix them. This is such a let down and disappointment. If changes are being made to the final design submitted, I should have at the very least been alerted to okay the design. Would not order from here again.

I ordered Baby shower invitations, water bottle wraps, and stickers for our thank you gifts. They were amazing! Everyone loved the design! I can not tell you enough how cute they turned out!

I was really looking forward to receiving my baby shower invitations, but unfortunately, the final product fell far short of expectations. While the design itself is beautiful, the execution is very poor. The printing is incredibly faded, to the point where the text is washed out and difficult to decipher. It honestly looks as though the printer was running out of ink during the run. For such a special occasion, you want the details to be crisp and clear for your guests, but these are honestly hard to read. I’ve used Zazzle in the past and usually love the results, but the quality control on this batch was definitely missing. I’m quite disappointed that I'll now have to figure out a backup plan.

THESE ARE AWFUL.... THE PICTURE IS SO DARK AND FUZZY, NOTHING LIKE THE PROOF. SO DISAPPOINTED THAT NOW I HAVE TO FIND A NEW PRINT COMPANY. I HATE THEM AND SO DOES MY SON

The example was printed instead of what I designed. I tried contacting customer service but was unable to talk to anyone. Very disappointing!!!!
