We are big fans of Zazzle. Have used Zazzle for invitations and additional items for countless events. But this experience was over the top. I had just moved into a new house and accidentally provided the wrong shipping address when placing my recent order. When I received confirmation of delivery, and did not find the package in my mailbox, I realized from the order my mistake. I used the Chat feature on the website, and not only was the agent who helped me able to expedite a replacement order in record time, I was not charged for the replacement. I was so relieved that the replacement order came in time to mail the invitations in an appropriate time frame. Thank you, Zazzle!!
