Love this special card in memory of a pet loss Thank you Zazzle!

These cards are stunning! Simple, clean style. My recipients ALWAYS make positive comments about them. The style, the size, the simplicity and beautiful spools! I believe this is my 4th reorder. Every order has been perfect, delivered timely, and affordable. Thank you!!

The writing is not clear at all you can barely see Not as shown on the website Very bad quality

Where it is folded it the crease shows white scrappy that shows. The paper is then and overall these are terrible

My order was a week late. It was supposed to arrive June 29 via FedEx but didn't arrive until July 6. This has forced us to send our wedding invitations out late. On top of that, one of the addresses on the envelopes was duplicated, which means we are missing one address. So now we have to go out and buy a birthday card just so we can use the envelope and hand address it.

I loved my cards and came before the date the app said

Printing quality is horrible with ink stains

Cards came in all creased and bent.

Smaller fonts are too small. You can't read it. This was not designed well.

Personalization was perfect! Very professional! Cards are high quality! Not flimsy! Shipping is expedient! Recipients love my Zazzle cards & many have become Zazzle customers!!!

Typically, I would always give you five stars, but in this last card when it was delivered, and I opened it, the fold was not appropriate. There was at least a quarter of an inch at the bottom where it was not actually folded in half and there was no way of my correcting it because the fold was already too tight. I am a bit disappointed. Also, I checked the box to eliminate the logo on the back of the card and it was there anyway. Again, disappointing. I believe I paid to not have it on the card.

This looked like an elegant design online, but it is not quality and looks washed out.

the company didnt mail me enough enevelopes and it was super hard to get a hold of them to send the remaining envelopes. bad customer service. i couldnt speak to a human.

The top edges of (all) of the invitations was raggedy. They look awful. I’m embarrassed to send them out, but since I paid over $100 for them and we are one month out from the party, I really have no choice. Next time I will go with a local printer whose work I can see samples of.

I am trying to get a refund for these cards. You can see from the image you provided here that the border is way off center, especially on the sides. I can't use them. I have ordered many times - both cards and calendars- from Zazzle and have never had a bad product like this. How can I get a refund and order some other cards? I will return them to you if necessary.

I know the size is listed but for the price they are very small. Not worth the money

I was not happy with the quality of the cards. I thought they would be thicker, but it was as if they were printed on paper. For reference, I selected the standard semi-gloss paper. Also, the edges of the cards looked cut. They were not smooth. The cards did not look professional.

Never received my order. Spoke to post office. They don't remember delivering my order and they can't find it

First, my cards were sent to someone else in a completely different state. I received someone's funeral cards. I had to ship those cards using my own person money to the rightful owner. When I finally received my cards they did not look anything like the example. The font was way too small, the colors were dull, and the metallic gold was hardly metallic at all. Very disappointed! Overall a really bad experience.
