This is NOT faux gold. More like Faux gray. How do I set up a refund, please.

I love the design but it says note card and it’s a place card.

I really enjoy how simple it is to design a business card format with Zazzle! It takes no time at all to upload the photos you want to use, and the whole process is quick and simple. The finished cards, are TOP NOTCH! Great colors and card stock. AND great prices to boot. I'll order my business cards nowhere else!

Hi i only got 2 packs instead of 4 in my package

I never received my order and I'm very upset about it because I needed it by June 19th... what's up this time? I never heard anything from anyone 😔

I'd give it zero stars if possible because I never received my order, and I ordered a month ago... I hope I'm refunded.

My addressed envelopes came back blank. After Purchasing these, I do not have time to send them back to get them fixed. I spent my time filing in all the names and addresses of where people were, and also my own address for the return label, and they came blank so I had to spend more time writing it all out. For the price paid, It's pretty unfortunate that they didn't come as purchased.

Amazing! Did a great job on my design

We didn't receive a 100 envelopes. We only received 90 envelopes. Luckily I had extra from another vendor, who sends extra envelopes for possible mistake! This was a bummer!

I have a high resolution monitor on my PC. The colors that I see on the monitor are never the same as what ends up getting printed. Disappointing.

Thought the envelopes were a little thin And the printing was a little blurry

The cards were so dark that you could barely see them. The cards were suppose to be blue but they were like midnight blue and that's not how they were designed. I couldn't even use those because my elderly clients could hardly read them

Forgot to get them glossy but they’re awesome!

Cards came damaged, lifted and printing was off.
