Product was just as anticipated

I ordered a single test print of the invitations and they looked perfect. But when I ordered a full print job, the invitations arrived with a darker black box around the graphics on the front and inside flap. I requested customer support and ordered a replacement after describing the issue and uploading photos. The replacement arrived with the same issue. In the attached photos, you can see the original test print on the left, with no black box around the graphics. And on the right is what I received when I placed my final order. I’m really disappointed because I can’t wait any longer to send out invitations. I’m going to have to send them as is. I will be going with a different site for future print jobs for our wedding.

I ordered the Ash blue color which is the picture on left that is obviously blue .....but what I received is the picture on right which leans way more Gray !!! It is very much too light and doesn't match 🙁

The cut was not clean at all, and the "UV Gloss" has a cheap plasticy feeling

The first print were not to my satisfaction but the 2nd set was perfect. Customer service was promptly resolved the issue. I appreciate that it was handled with no additional expense and quickly. Love work with the zazzle team for my printing needs.

The Sweet 16 invites I ordered for my daughter’s birthday party were perfect and delivered on time. This is such a great design and I was able to add additional party info on the back. I was impressed with my first zazzle order and will definitely order again.

The font is so small and difficult to read for the size of the card. Very disappointing to have to use these for my wedding.

The shipping carrier is a major issue. My first shipment was returned undeliverable for unknown reasons. The second shipment was left in an outdoor windowsill - of a hospital. I have received many, many shipments from Zazzle over the years and never had this issue. This was a several hundred-dollar order that cannot be located due to being left on a outdoor windowsill in a major city at a business - right outside the front door.

I ordered my save the dates with this company and had no issue at all! When ordering my wedding invitations and addressed envelopes I have had the worst experience with them! I chatted with the online chat team, called and spoke with 3 different representatives because I was having a hard time uploading my contacts address info. Once I received my order the addresses were printed incorrectly. When calling to explain how the envelopes were printed incorrectly, their team told me it was because I plugged in the information in incorrectly there was nothing they could do. I reassured the women I had spoken with 3 different live representatives who said everything was correct prior to uploading the excel spreadsheet. She continued to tell me it was my fault the envelopes were printed incorrectly and there was nothing they would do to compensate me but all the addresses information was attached and correct. I continued to explain how awful this experience has been for me and I would not recommend this company to anyone. After about 20 mins of going back and forth she finally offered me a credit to my zazzle account but would not do expedited shipping. Now my invitations are late being sent out because this whole process has been over three weeks long.
