The shipping carrier is a major issue. My first shipment was returned undeliverable for unknown reasons. The second shipment was left in an outdoor windowsill - of a hospital. I have received many, many shipments from Zazzle over the years and never had this issue. This was a several hundred-dollar order that cannot be located due to being left on a outdoor windowsill in a major city at a business - right outside the front door. .
