I reached out to Zazzle when I received my order as most of the foil tags were simply black-and-white, actually more like gray and white the very first card had a little bit of gold sparkle but the rest were very dull. I I didn’t ask for a refund. I just wanted a replacement, however, I never even received my replacement and it’s been nearly a month. Not very impressed with the Zazzle quality control or customer service at this moment. I love Zazzle products but quality control and customer service needs to up their game. I would be happy to rewrite my review of the product, if customer service can get me my replacement on time and good quality.
