All my photos I added were clear I made sure of it and I got it in today and 3 out of all of them were so blurry. So disappointing it was a cute idea it was a Christmas present but I may get something different now.

If I could give 0 stars I would. All I received was a black mug with no photos on it. There is no customer service number that works and I have to rely on an AI chat bot that just wants me to return the mug. Why do I now need to go out of my way to return something that I didn’t order!!! Not to mention I won’t have a Christmas gift for my mom now. 0/10 recommend I would NEVER order from this site again. Didn’t get what I ordered and customer service sucks. All they have is a robot. If you’re doing a custom mug use Shutterfly. They actually have customer service and way less of a headache.

The ornament is so small in size that it is difficult to read the writing on their design. The coloring was also darker in person making it harder to read as well. For a $30 ornament, the product should have been stellar!

So very disappointed the hole is right through her face. REALLY COME ON. You really need to look at YOUR product before you send it off. Never again.

I customized this mug using available design elements on your site. It's become a favorite among my musician friends. "Best mug ever!"

The ornament itself is nice but the picture looks nothing like what I uploaded. Did your printer run out of color ink? It is so dull you can't even tell he is wearing red. So disappointed.

I never received my custom wrapping paper. In fact, when I reached out to find out why my package hadn't been picked up from the shipping company in almost 2 weeks I was told my package was lost. Customer service was amazing and very nice to deal with!

My complaint is that the rubber part that stops the water is visible in the snow globe. If visible, it should be seen on side 2 and not the front since that is the main focus. I ordered 5 of these and 3 of them show the stopper in the front.

This time it worked! I appreciate the customer service team addressing the initial problem with the mug being broken in shipping and replacement arriving too late. Replacing the mug and shipping it to a new address was much appreciated.

Nicely done. Next time I will order a larger size.

Clear images! I have used other companies for this same thing and the images were not as clear. I ordered several pairs of socks and they all arrived very quickly.
