This ornament is just so cute! There was space to personalize it, which I liked. My granddaughter loved it!

Unfortunately, it ended up, not looking at all like what I uploaded or submitted. The pictures turned out very faded, and the background barely showed up. It did not even look like the same dog from the photos I uploaded. Very disappointed with the poor quality of the images and background. The only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is because the actual mug itself seems like a decent mug to hold coffee.

Really cute paper. Just what I wanted. Could hardly believe that I actually found wrapping paper with ballroom dancers on it!

My niece and her girls LOVED the two-sided ceramic ornaments (customized photos) I sent them. They were solid, good quality ornaments with clear copies of photos I submitted. I will be ordering again next year.

Everything was great. Only bad thing which is my fault I spelt someone’s name wrong on one order of the napkins so I need to reorder but waiting for price to come down again.

All my photos I added were clear I made sure of it and I got it in today and 3 out of all of them were so blurry. So disappointing it was a cute idea it was a Christmas present but I may get something different now.

If I could give 0 stars I would. All I received was a black mug with no photos on it. There is no customer service number that works and I have to rely on an AI chat bot that just wants me to return the mug. Why do I now need to go out of my way to return something that I didn’t order!!! Not to mention I won’t have a Christmas gift for my mom now. 0/10 recommend I would NEVER order from this site again. Didn’t get what I ordered and customer service sucks. All they have is a robot. If you’re doing a custom mug use Shutterfly. They actually have customer service and way less of a headache.

The ornament is so small in size that it is difficult to read the writing on their design. The coloring was also darker in person making it harder to read as well. For a $30 ornament, the product should have been stellar!
