First order was received damaged. Zazzle customer service was great and a replacement was shipped right away. These were holiday gifts and arrived on time. My family loved them!

I never received my item or response to figure when I would get it.

Photos were crisp and clear. Pillow is nice and soft.

These ornaments were a complete disappointment. I bought them as place settings for my xmas dinner party and the names were so poorly printed no one knew where to sit. We had to get glasses on to read who was who. I will never order from you again. I paid a lot of money for a gift for my guests all to be embarrassed with this gift. The ornament itself was nice but the printing was horrible. I was shocked someone would make an ornament like this and not see that it was readable. Hopefully someone gets back to me about this. Would make it somewhat better if they recognized my dismay. Signed, Kathy Kessler

Photo coffee cups were even better than expected! I first ordered only 2 cups to see if I liked them. They were so spectacular that I went back and ordered 4 more. Gave each as Xmas gifts and everyone loved them. Quality was perfect. I would like to have received a little faster but it was worth the wait! And I ordered during Xmas time so I know orders can take a bit longer which is understandable. Great product. Great company. Will definitely be ordering more from Zazzle.

Gave my children & grandchildren each an ornament & they really liked them.

The cup was done well. Clear transfer of picture. Very pleased. The recipient loved the cup. The only thing that would have made it better is if you offered cups that are totally black.

This is a happy towel! It’s pretty and cheerful and Christmasy and fun! It was a gift and it was well received.

I had this pillow made with my son's artwork. It turned out very nice. The color is just as in the original image. The fabric is of high quality and the pillow is very fluffy. I'm pleased with the product and highly recommend it!

I was disappointed in the lack of clarity with the pictures on the ornament. They were blurry. It was a gift for my daughter & her new husband as their first Christmas ornament as husband & wife.

My cups were safe & looked great.. Very happy with the outcome.
