The print job was great, but the socks weren't as comfirtable as I prefer - too tight.

I’m severely disappointed in one of the lunch boxes I received. I got my friends’ band’s logo designed on these. 3 all the same, and 1 almost the same with a very small change that did not get added in the final product. There was a reason that the 4th one was added to the cart as a different design.. because it was. It’s exactly identical to the others, and it was not supposed to be. The addition to the design even fit within the perimeters allowed. I’m so sad because they are so cool, but this one in particular was supposed to be extra special.

There were two ornaments in this order. The chicken coop one turned out beautifully but the one from Argentina that was split in half is a complete disappointment. I uploaded a photo to you guys as directed by you and it was decided that it would be replaced rather than refunded I have yet to hear a single word from you guys regarding this. Please let me know what you're doing to remedy this problem. I don't want a credit, I want the ornament that I ordered. I'll be waiting to hear from you.
