Overall experience was great. The hat turned out like I expected. They ship very quickly for a custom product. My husband has a huge head and the hat was accommodating and adjustable. He loved his Father's Day gift.

The embroidery was done beautifully. This hat was embroidered with a soft yellow/gold thread which looks great on the navy hat. Very nautical. And our name is misspelled often and they got it right!

The embroidery was very nice. However, it took longer than the 2-3 as listed. Make sure you give about two weeks. That's how long it took to receive even with the express shipping.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my fiancé and it couldn't have been better! He LOVES it. Left him literally speechless (and while you don't know him, you have to trust me that this is a HUGE deal). Fits his head perfectly which I was worried about because he doesn't fit most traditional caps, I'd guess you could probably say it runs a little big but for us it was perfect. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you times a zillion!

Stitching is on point. There is a little bit of thread between each digit where it wasn't cut but just continued for each line. I wasn't expecting this- but then I'm not super informed on how embroidery works. He wears this hat every day and it's held up beautifully- looks like brand new still!

I was excited to get this product since my husband plays golf and I figured it will be a great Father's Day gift. I ordered it in black and on screen it looks really nice. I was surprised by the quality of the cap itself as it looks used and the green color was faded so it doesn't stand up like the picture does. I returned by product because I wasn't happy with it.

The Embroidery was fine but the green color didn't stand out and it blended with the cap so you couldn't see the golf part on the DAD.

The cap looks great and I got it really fast. I got the L/XL, because I have a pumpkin noggin. It fits, but is actually a little bigger than I expected. That's unusual.

It's very nice! The lettering is crisp and clear.

I thought I ordered a stylishly distressed hat. It looked defective with a rip on the seam.

I thought I ordered a tan hat with black embroidery, instead black on black was sent. Can barely read embroidery.

Nice colors. When creating there were alot of fonts i couldnt use.they were too big. Not clear why

This was my first purchase from Zazzle and it won't be my last! My husband bowls Candlepins and it's hard to find items with a Candlepin theme. I was searching for a 'bowling towel' and found a whole world of Candlepin stuff! I bought him the embroidered polo shirt for Father's Day. He was so surprised to see an actual Candlepin shirt and for a moment, didn't even know what to say! He put it right on, and the fit was perfect, I had to beg him to let me wash it before he wears it bowling this week, but he can't wait to show his buddies at the league. I'm new at this on-line shopping thing, but you guys made it easy. I can't wait to buy more stuff! Thank you!

The shirt came already embroidered, but it looks custom-made. My husband is beyond thrilled to have an actual Candlepin logo on his shirt!

I sent several of these hats in two different colors to my dad for Father's Day. He is in chemotherapy, and has lost most of his hair, including his eyebrows and eyelashes, so the hat's brim and wool material work well for him. The range of colors (fabric and embroidery) was very helpful in creating several hats for him to wear with different colors of clothing, and although the adjustable elastic doesn't stretch that much, the L/XL size fits my dad well.

I gave it as a gift to my cousin who had just purchased his first pontoon boat. He loves it. The quality of the material is great.

Was done very well. Maybe the size of the name could have been a little bit larger. Maybe you should give choices of lettering size to choose.

I've always wanted a white cap,thought I would try yours..I'm very pleased with the cap and I love the greek lettering. I like that I can adjust it with ease and it washes very well.. I'm very satisfied with my hat, some white hats are not bright white...Yes,I would recommend buying this hat...
