Overall experience was great. The hat turned out like I expected. They ship very quickly for a custom product. My husband has a huge head and the hat was accommodating and adjustable. He loved his Father's Day gift. The embroidery was done beautifully. This hat was embroidered with a soft yellow/gold thread which looks great on the navy hat. Very nautical. And our name is misspelled often and they got it right!
