Zazzle Embroidery

Just received my embroidered polo shirt. The logo converted nicely and the shirt is a nice quality. At a $70 price point I was expecting it to feel quality and it does. There was a glitch in the software that created an error in the sleeve embroidery and even though I submitted a message it was not corrected. Not a big issues, but I'd make sure your text is correct before you submit it because the bots that intercept your messages aren't very helpful. Overall very happy with the shirt though and will be ordering more.

Suprisingly good quality hat, and the stitching is exactly what I ordered.

Love this hat! Gave as a gift to my aunt so she can use it on her daily walks. Great quality and fit. Soft, flexible material and the lettering is so cute and easy to read.

Decent quality shirt but runs really large. Had to exchange for a smaller size. Embroidery quality wasn't terrific - straight lines not too straight... Also delivery problems (was later than promised).

This hat came out great.

The quality of this product's embroidery was extremely poor. I'm trying to find out more about the issue but Zazzle no longer has customer service representatives you can talk to. Not sure what is going on with Zazzle!!!

awesome product quality and shipping time / packaging

Great idea for a product, and while the embroidery itself is OK (a few thread loops out in the air just a bit), the hat itself is small. It has a narrower bill than any other hat I have. The body of the hat is low by design, which is fine, but the hat feels small. It seems like the manufacturer was skimping to increase profits. It would be good if Zazzle picked a better supplier.

Really good quality, embroidered and not just printed. The shirt turned out exactly as I wanted it to. I have since ordered another one.

Awesome love it but my wife is wearing it all the time.

Final product was excellent but it did take three tries to get the embroidery to look the way I wanted despite having sent pictures of the pattern.

Very comfortable hat; low profile; excellent quality embroidery.

Great embroidered sweatshirt that you can personalize yourself !!

I've had the embroidered black polo with the yellow "Bob's Saucer Repair" for a while now, and it has been very good. It really "pops". The only issue is that the standard price is a little high. Other embroidered polos I've ordered elsewhere for my actual jobs and other "fandoms" have been noticeably cheaper, with at least as good quality. I later ordered this same yellow embroidered logo on the heavier zippered hoodie in black, and I'm even happier with that as the fit is even better than the standard zippered hoodie in "Athletic Heather" with the printed logo.

Product & customer service excellent - web site is difficult to navigate

The letter stitching on the hat was imprecise and unprofessional looking, imprecision that clearly could have been caught by attentive quality control, which appears to have been absent here.

I can’t believe that I paid $30+ for a nice embroidered Flexfit hat and it gets shipped to me in a plastic bag! It’s smashed and misshaped as a result, and I’m embarrassed to give it a special gift. What a waste of money!
