My disappointment is obviously with shipping experience, as the pictures tell the story. Not sure if the poster was removed and re- taped but the box was definitely opened or crushed and repackaged. The poster would have been perfect otherwise, especially since it took a little longer to arrive, the condition of the box explains a lot.

Photo showed up with wear marks and scratches. Disappointed as this is for my business and it took 2 weeks to get here. To return it and get a replacement im looking at 3 weeks to get a new one

The pictures I used to customize the heart were not all adjusted properly to fit in the space provided. My brother's head was cut off one picture and the other is not cropped asI submitted originally. My brother's Celebration of Life Service is May 23. There's no time for replacements. Thus makes my sad day even more sad.
