Paid to have it shipped to arrive day before my Aunt's 70th bday , shipping shows 2 days after. The date is on the board ,doesn't take a rocket scientist to know it's useless after the fact. Tried to wait for a human and kept getting put back in the 5min wait time que only to wait over 15min. Terrible customer service / will work with local human beings this is horrible service.

Box arrived damage and print was somewhat creased due to box being somewhat crushed and print poorly packed to protect from delivery mishandling. Actual artwork very good.

This will be the fourth time I've requested this poster arrive undamaged. I wouldn't order any posters from this site until they fix whatever internal production issues they have.

Came out exactly as shown. Very good big size! Gave this as a gift for my cousin for his dog who passed. He loved it.

I am extremely disappointed with this order. A FedEx shipping label was created on June 10, but FedEx never actually received the package. Tracking never showed any movement beyond the label being created, and the item never arrived. After waiting and trying to get answers, I was told I would need to reorder the item. My order was officially “returned” and refund in the form of a zazzle credit was issued. What makes this even more frustrating is that customer service would not offer expedited shipping on the replacement order, despite the fact that the original order was never delivered due to a shipping issue outside of my control. I was really looking forward to seeing my dad’s face when he received this gift on Father’s Day, but after almost 2 weeks of it being “shipped”, it’s nowhere to be found and there was no gift for him to open. The lack of communication, failure to resolve the shipping problem, and unwillingness to help with faster replacement shipping has left me very frustrated. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend purchasing if this is how missing orders are handled.
