Did not receive the design I customized, but instead the sample design up on the website. Down to the name “Madison” at the bottom. How did this not get caught in production?

So, I emailed the shop and asked if it would be possible to personalize the rainbow bridge poster with my own animals. We messaged back and forth several times trying to get it just right. I sent her my animal pics and the order I wanted them in. She was so patient and did exactly as I asked. My poster came today and I am in tears! It is beautiful!! Anything I want personalized in the future, I’m checking out this shop first!

Print is extremely low resolution. Very blurry and splotchy. Lines bleed and fade. I have many Lichtenstein prints, and this is definitely an artifact of poor file size being overstretched. Very disappointed that someone would print this, look at it, and ship it out. It's really bad.

Good quality paper, color etc. Quickly delivered but too expensive!

The print itself was fine. However, the package was miss shipped and regardless of whether or not there was any fault, or control of the seller, the process to get a hold of a person or find resolve was futile. I waited several times for a human to connect to the chat with no success. I ordered this as a decorative item for a birthday party and though I left several days for room forever, it did not arrive in time. Have I been able to get a hold of a human or get a response in a timely manner from the customer service chat I may have been able to make alternate arrangements. However, this is not an event that lends to assurance for order, delivery and satisfaction. I will not be ordering through Zazzle again.

The Sherpa material is very thin. Designs on blanket are much larger than I expected. Seems cheaply made. Very disappointed and would not purchase again.

The design is a license plate face plate, it is not a frame as it does not go around the plate. Quality is okay, is a little thin but that is listed in the ad.

Should have made it a gloss finish which would have it look better.

The wording was cut off in the top. It it a nice back drop, but I’m not happy that it was sent that way. It was hit an issue when it was created online.

The 16x20 photo posters came out perfectly. Based on my experience, I had several more done. All Excellent.

The replacement was good, but on one there was again a thread that was on fabric when printed, so left the white squiggle line. It is in a place that is hardly noticeable and I don't have time to have it redone again, so am hoping it will remain unnoticed.
