Zazzle Apparel

Shipped 12/4 today is 12/15 and after 11 days it still yet to arrive! As a family we use to love Zazzle and just ordered hundreds of dollars on products, even upgraded to zazzle’s highest tier annual delivery package and sure wish we had not as the sizing on everything other apparel item other people than tshirts seems to be in non American sizing or children’s sizes mislisted as adults with inaccurate chart details. Really disappointed. Curious to see if customer services notices, cares to act or simply choses to hide my reviews, in that event That’s what Yelp and Google are for I suppose.

Has awful tacky/sticky/plastic feel to the “iron on”. Everything we seem to purchase like jerseys, leggings fit like we’ve orders non American sizes or children sizes but the Tshirts do seem to be the only products true to size but terrible printing quality. Similar to 1980’s prints that when washed and dried melted together just to peel the logo off :(

Every article of clothing we purchase off of Zazzle comes extremely small, absolutely can not be US sizes, measurements are totally off! Ordered a large and could get over arms and head but not shoulders. I am 5’4” and 142 pounds and if I couldn’t even get this on I know my husband certainly couldn’t! What really makes me even more upset is that my daughter suggested I get myself a “wife” jersey to match my new husbands so I thought how fun for a house-jersey-shirt. Ordered a large and it’s being made, I know it won’t fit and Zazzle isn’t responding to my messages. I can’t believe I purchased their premium upgraded highest tier shipping! I do love their other non clothing customized products!

Order never shipped. Customer service was zero help.

Ordered black-on-black. Turned out horrible. To lazy, and in a hurry so ordered black with white print. Better, but material and printing not as nice as other shirts I ordered at same price/different Vendor.

The customer care was exceptional!! Made sure the photos were clear and print ready. The quality of the tank was disappointing. The finished bottom edge was poor and ragggy. Surprised it wasn't hemmed. My gf loved it and was a huge success!

The shirts are beautiful, but this one runs EXTREMELY small. I normally have room in this size, but it doesn't come close to fitting.

The printing doesn't match the design, sadly. The images on the foot of the sock are oversized, cutting the top of the images off.

Perfect shirt Quality.

I’d say save your money. Patchy, not full coverage, transparent, and pulled thread. Expected more from the price I paid for a single pair.
