Zazzle Apparel

Ordered on Dec. 3rd, was given a delivery date of Dec. 13th. It is now Dec. 17th and still no shirt. Customer service no help can't give any explanation. Shipping estimates are a crap shoot. Maybe order a few months in advance and you'll get it in time.

I was really excited to see a shirt that had an option for so many photos. I was even more excited when I received the shirt. Much to my dismay the photos are very low quality and some are a bit grainy. It could be just the number of photos doesn't allow for better clarity and I wish I would've selected a collage with less photos as I am disappointed with the quality.

Everything was fine. It would be nice to be able to increase the size of the font. But you probably have algorhythms that define what can be "etched"

I'VE ORDERED THESE HATS FOR MY SIBLINGS FOR CHRISTMAS AND BIRTHDAYS. THEY ALL LOVED IT! BEAUTIFULLY PRINTED AND QUICK TO ARRIVE.

This is for a costomer but they are children sizes. I can’t use them. Please rush a replacement in the adult size !! I don’t want kids sizes I have never ordered kids sizes. Help please…

This shirt is awful the fabric is a mystery- cheap scratchy - don't know what it is but unwearable -graphics are smaller them in pic

If you want a personalized shirt you only go to Zazzle. The decal never gets cracked, faded. Best quality shirts and detailing

Absolutely do NOT recommend. My order was packed fine but when I opened it it was completely damaged. Scratches ALL over the mat. I cannot believe they packed it knowing it looked like this. Extremely disappointing only days before Christmas DO NOT BUY

The ladies XL shoulders are at least 1 inch smaller than the medium. The design is very stiff, unlike the men's shirts I also ordered (which look great).

Very bad service I ordered 2 aprons and received just one. I tried to call them, chat with them and send them an email and couldn’t get anywhere. I have an event coming soon and I needed them before Christmas and I still didn’t hear from them until now:(

It was not delivered and I'm having trouble reaching Zazzle. Very frustrating!!!

Not happy with the color of the shirt. The purple is very dark and the lettering and images are not able to be seen easily.

I would send a picture if I had it. It seems to be a never Neverland. I’m tracking it but it’s waiting somewhere. I don’t know where I have no idea if it will get here by Christmas or at all it should’ve gotten here last week.

Shipped 12/4 today is 12/15 and after 11 days it still yet to arrive! As a family we use to love Zazzle and just ordered hundreds of dollars on products, even upgraded to zazzle’s highest tier annual delivery package and sure wish we had not as the sizing on everything other apparel item other people than tshirts seems to be in non American sizing or children’s sizes mislisted as adults with inaccurate chart details. Really disappointed. Curious to see if customer services notices, cares to act or simply choses to hide my reviews, in that event That’s what Yelp and Google are for I suppose.

Has awful tacky/sticky/plastic feel to the “iron on”. Everything we seem to purchase like jerseys, leggings fit like we’ve orders non American sizes or children sizes but the Tshirts do seem to be the only products true to size but terrible printing quality. Similar to 1980’s prints that when washed and dried melted together just to peel the logo off :(

Every article of clothing we purchase off of Zazzle comes extremely small, absolutely can not be US sizes, measurements are totally off! Ordered a large and could get over arms and head but not shoulders. I am 5’4” and 142 pounds and if I couldn’t even get this on I know my husband certainly couldn’t! What really makes me even more upset is that my daughter suggested I get myself a “wife” jersey to match my new husbands so I thought how fun for a house-jersey-shirt. Ordered a large and it’s being made, I know it won’t fit and Zazzle isn’t responding to my messages. I can’t believe I purchased their premium upgraded highest tier shipping! I do love their other non clothing customized products!
