This is larger than the advertised 10 Inches. It measures 12.5" x 9.25". Internal size is about an inch smaller. Neoprene color bleeds through the design. Zazzle is great a replacing items, but poor quality control results in a worse product. The replacement item has streaks in the pattern, and the picture borders are visible (see arrows). While the neoprene color bleeds through the print in the original I received, these other printing defects were not present.

What a great gift ! The quality of the puzzle is good and the colors and etc are fantastic. It turned out great and looks as great as the picture itself. Highly recommend this product

Again, another package not delivered! What kind of business do you run? Replace the damn thing I’m sick and tired of not getting these packages. If this is not corrected or happens one more time you can consider my account closed and my business lost.

This service is piss poor. This was not delivered to mine or my neighbors address. Replace immediately and tell those retard drivers to read the address!

The book is beautiful and arrived on time as indicated. My only issue is that I reached out for assistance and received help with the photo although two images were present and no one got rid of the one in the background and it printed with the head slightly chopped off which was in the background. The photo I got help was overlaid on top.

The puzzle is a gift for my son, so I haven't put it together. But, the pieces look to be good quality and I'm happy with that. However, customer service left something to be desired. Zee (the virtual assistant) couldn't provide the help I needed and the human agent, after waiting several hours for a response, didn't answer my question through email and didn't see fit to call me even though I provided my telephone number. Somehow, I was able to complete the project through trial and error. If only someone could have called me, it would have been more efficient and simpler.

Image quality was perfect. My only complaints are the image was cropped more than expect and the puzzle pieces do not fit together tightly.
