Cute design but paper was thin and cheap and the pad didn’t hold together

the outside of book is great was supposed to have lined pages but insted got plain paper also pen did not come. i paid extra to have order review but i guess that was just to rais price. would not recomend zazzle as there coustomer service dont help and then thay whant credid card # to charge you to talk to the person that did your order so stay away from here

I purchased this personalized puzzle for a good friend of mine. It was trips with us girls we’ve taken over the year and she absolutely loved it! And the quality was fantastic. Definitely would order again.

You ship two different types of puzzles. One style has this shiny surface and the pieces are all the same size and lock together very tightly. I hate those.....

El pegamento lo pusieron en el extremo incorrecto, según el diseño el pegamento iba en el lado más corto. Pregunté través del chat antes de pagar e imprimir y me aseguraron que el pegamento iba en la parte superior del diseño entiéndase en la parte que mide 8.5", cuándo recibo la ordén llevaba el pegamento en la parte que mide 11".

The print is nice, but the binding is already coming off and it just arrived yesterday, so I’m rather disappointed.

These pieces are incredibly flimsy, and we appear to be missing several as we have attempted to build the outer edges. I just can’t believe how much I was willing to pay for this and the quality I received!

I really wanted to love these. The checklists themselves are cute and exactly what I was looking for, and the magnet is actually very strong. Unfortunately, the pad is barely glued together at the top. I put it on the refrigerator for the first time and the magnet stayed firmly on the fridge while the entire checklist pad immediately separated and fell off in pieces. For the price, I expected the pad to actually stay attached to its magnetic backing. Very disappointing, especially since I bought these specifically to use on the refrigerator.

My custom cat photo notepad did not disappoint! The photo reproduction was terrific and the pad was well put together. Add to that, it was shipped in a well protected package too. I would recommend this seller :) Thank you so much!

So small I can’t use it.

Beautifully printed and wonderful presentation. Sadly the backing isn't strong enough to hold the weight of the notepad. I gave them as gifts and all four notepads came away from the backing and magnet.

This was not what I ordered! This is not even a picture! Im so disappointed. This was going to be at my wedding! I spent alot of time uploading and organizing my pictures. I ordered the Family photo college w/ 15 pictures and Writing. The pictures I have screenshots of are how I designed this. When it said the picture numbers and layout, this is what I expected. Again, I spent alot of time on this. The site wasn't easy to upload to and organize to begin with and I get this sent to me! I want a refund, or my actual order sent to me.
