What is the difference between the silver-plated and sterling silver necklace?
Sterling silver equals premium quality which means you’ll pay a bit more for the additional silver in the necklace. The silver-plated necklace is bit lighter in color and silver content than the sterling silver necklace, but still a fantastic way to create a necklace perfect for gifting. Both feature a UV resistant and waterproof finish over your photos and artwork for preservation of your imagery.
Does Zazzle have setup fees?

When will I receive my order?
Zazzle's necklaces take 3 business days for manufacturing. Check the order status page if you have questions about your order.

What kinds of images does Zazzle support?
We support JPEG, PNG, GIF, or TIFF files. Necklace charms are created at a minimum of 200 ppi (pixels per inch). To fill your desired design area, we recommend that you use images that are equal to or larger than the recommended size. You can design your necklace charms with images much smaller than these recommended sizes and place them anywhere on the necklace charms.
How do I make money designing products?
You can make 10% or more in royalties every time someone buys your design from the Zazzle marketplace. Remember to publish your products after you design them so that they can be purchased. Learn more about becoming a Seller.
