As described and high quality!

I am very disappointed and hate how the invitations turned out. The invitations came wrapped with rubber bands around them and bent all of my invites. Also the invitations were supposed to be indented as shown on the photos on zazzle and they came flat with no indented lines around them and it makes the invitations look terrible. The picture on the back is also faded and is not the HD photo that was promised which I also paid extra money for. I also paid extra for expedited shipping so they could arrive on Monday and they got delayed. I want a refund on the shipping. I would like to know if I can even return them and get new ones shipped that are not so ugly and faded.

I ordered these for my MIL. She loved them! She said they were BEAUTIFUL!
