I will not be using Zazzle again. It is ridiculous how much you charge for shipping and then to have it arrive after the date promised is unacceptable. Thank you for acknowledging that you "slipped up and didn't get it to you when promised to" but to offer 25% off my next order is ridiculous. How about giving me 25% refund on order that you messed up on.
