We love this rustic design and when it came it was amazing

The quality of the products on Zazzle are great. Very professional looking. I was happy with the product when I received it, except for one thing… I am human and I misspelled a word. I just wished that the person who actually completed the printing would’ve caught it…that would’ve sealed the deal on 100% customer service. I ended up not being able to use the ordered item and money was completely wasted unfortunately. No fault of Zazzle, however, teamwork makes the dream work!

My daughter’s poster was bent. The box was not damage which kets me know that the item was bent when shipped. I feel ripped off paying $50.00 for damage product.

We ordered the suite. Nothing matches in color, and the invitation and rsvp card do not have the hints of green depicted on Zazzle. Zazzle had them reprinted with the assurance that there would be quality control enacted but the second round is EXACTLY like the first! This was a lot of money to spend on items that didn’t match what was shown on the website or even match each other.

These wedding invitations are so pretty, but they were packed sloppily - no protection for the cards and some of the the corners bent while jostling around in the box during transport. The shipping costs were ridiculously expensive as well. I submitted pictures showing how they were packed upon opening the box. No product protection aside from the paper around them. I won’t buy from this company again.

The paper quality is great. The print is way TOO small. I did not change the font size or font and it is incredibly difficult to read. The design is cute and I like that, but if you choose this design, increase the font size. These invitations CANNOT be used as is. Wasted my money and wasted my time.
