This is just a customized cardboard. No hole, no slot whatsover to hold your jewellery. Quality is subpar. Do your research and compare - Which I did not do very well. Disappointed.

The invitations were BEAUTIFUL!!!🥰 Many people commented on how beautiful the invitation was and some said it was the most beautiful wedding invitation they’ve ever seen!! One lady even blew it up and framed it as a wedding gift for us!! She told me to open it up as soon as I got it so it could be displayed at the Mass and the reception! You charged me for 40 invitations... which is exactly what I needed, but you only sent me 35... I paid for my order as you asked... I really needed those 5 invitations. Not a great to start a business relationship... I can't even find a customer service contact info...

When I design the iron on the design went all the way to the edge with a dotted line showing the border. In one picture is the design that I made online and the other picture is what I received.

The invitations themselves are great!! My issue was with the addressed envelopes. I chose one of the free options and easily entered the contacts. I wanted all the cities and state spelled out, no abbreviations as was displayed on the sample photo. However , my only choice was choosing abbreviated states from a drop down. I tried the live chat and was told I needed to speak with someone. I was not given an estimated time. I waited over an hour and never received a phone call. It would be very helpful to have an actual phone number to talk to a real person.

The sign arrived well packaged, but when I opened it, the corners were crushed and wrinkled. It appeared to have been packaged in that condition. I understand this is a simple foam board sign and not a premium product, but it was still disappointing to receive it as it was.
