Terrible quality picture. We had them done in black and white om a magnet & our faces were so dark you could barely see us! We had to redo them in color and re ordered they came back grainy and semi dark up at the top again! We got our money back but what we really wanted was invitations, to not waste time on having to keep reordering them! I couldn’t believe it! I posted one of the 2 orders the other I threw away because you couldn’t see us. :(

The photoboards turned out greater than I expected. I was a little worried since I was using older pictures, however, the quality turned out great.

The process was so easy and smooth. I was going to originally go through office max, it was such a hassle figuring out the sizes and the types needed to make the doc. Like i don’t even want to deal with technical things like that. I’m already planning a wedding! The invitation was so professional looking and the feel was amazing! I designed it and they took care of the rest. I truly appreciate zazzle soooo much and i will always come back when it’s necessary!!!! Customer 4lyf!

Your cards are ALWAYS great. My customers LOVE them. Zazzle usually does a poor job of trimming the cards, however, and I end up finishing up the trimming myself with my own paper cutter. I've mentioned this to Zazzle, because it is a perpetual problem. But to no avail -- they just have lousy quality control. In some order more than 50 percent of my order comes with slopping cutting -- with me needing to finish the trimming myself. Zazzle also is not always careful about packaging -- sometimes they do not wrap the cards in plastic wrap. So the cards bump around in the cardboard package and many cards end up with bumped corners. Really irritating. Maybe you can reach out to them and tell them to do better.

I had these stickers printed for my new business, and the background color Gray looked much lighter online when I designed them. I can’t believe that Zazzle would even print stickers that you cannot read the writing on. I will not be a returning customer.

I was very pleased with the cards I ordered when they finally arrived. However, they were of no use to me because the event was over. They did not arrive in time, as promised. Very disappointing.

I ordered 2 sets of invites for a bridal and bachelorette party. I paid extra to have expedited shipping. The invites arrived a week later than the expedited arrival date. The shipping envelope was significantly damaged. Upon opening I only received half of the ordered envelopes and had to buy additional just to get the bridal shower invites sent out. I was very disappointed and would likely never recommend this to anyone given my experience.

Invite was beautiful and QR code works great. My only issue is I had 60 of the 80 Envelopes printed and no blank envelopes were send. Invited was suppose to come with envelopes. so I needed to get my own envelope for the extra. This was disappointing and stressful
