Zazzle Paper

Thank goodness I ordered proofs before doing a full order. I ordered one pearlescent and one standard matte. I’m surprised they even shipped it out bc they are both off centered. I double checked the preview before ordering and even on the receipt it looks centered. However I received them 10 days after ordering and they both look sloppy and not centered.

Ordered these to be shipped at the fastest speed, Expedited, for 60$. Expensive but we needed them right away. They shipped the standard yet still charged the expedited rate. If they can make this sort of mistake (unless it was intentional and they hope the customer won’t notice) I have a bad feeling about the actual quality of the invitation. As of this moment I would not recommend Zazzle at all. But we will see how they handle it…..if you are lucky to even get in touch with customer service that is. We get a the runaround, forced to use a chat bot, can not for the life of us get ahold of anyone.

Would be really cool if it hadn’t been bent in transit…! Is there a way for you to ship me a new one? It arrived like this.

Disappointed with the quality of the envelope and production.

The only comment I have is to make buyers aware that new post office process is to only scan one side. If return is on the back of the envelope items may be returned. Print return address on the front. Everything Zazzle did was perfect!

It was good except for the fact I didn't proofread it and there was a error with the zip code.

Hi! The invitations were beautiful, however. I did not receive enough envelopes. My understanding was that I would get enough of the for all invitations.

The magnets I ordered were perfect. Exactly what I thought they would be. The quality was amazing. I actually received them a few days before they were projected. Everyone loves them! I plan on ordering the match boxes as wedding favors!

The description of this says faux hand torn edge. It’s not it’s a straight edge. Extremely disappointing. Will be contacting customer service.
