Unfortunately, the gold is very dull so tough to read/see the personalized lettering /writing on the cigars for my son's 30th birthday party vs. the pics shown on website. Package also came late vs. delivery window highlighted. I should have gotten a longer label as didn't wrap around/stick well either.

paper stock was thicker than i expected which was nice. Delivery was quick; I have no complaints.

Beautiful table numbers. Just what I wanted! The color is awesome and the print I chose is very elegant. I can't wait to use them. Good quality at a great price.

I received envelopes with no invitations. Immediately requested an expedited print of the invite. Crickets. No response or acknowledgment at all. Please issue a full refund Very disappointed after many successful invitations ordered from you.

Print is cut off on both sides. I've emailed twice for a refund with no response. Asked to either resend or refund. I purchased this a few year ago with the same problem but didn't complain about it then. This time its even worse.
