The cards were perfect. However, even though I paid $17.60 postage for 20 cards that cost $38 so that they would arrive by Dec 12, they did not arrive until Dec 18, a day too late for when I needed them. Thoroughly disappointed.

Attaching a picture of how the cards look! Most of them are defective!! Like the printer was running out of ink or something!! These cards take so long to do, then you order them for a special occasion (wedding) and this is what we receive. Attaching one pic because with the lighting it’s hard to see as much as in person but in the pic that I attached you can see what I am saying. So disappointed!! Call/email me ASAP with a Resolution.

The shades part is too dark. You can read the black font with the shaded background

The card came out great and was pretty easy to customize. We ordered and paid for 40 cards and envelopes but only received 37 of each. Such a bummer as I really needed those last 3 cards.

I loved the humor on the cards. I have a friend who works for a major greeting card company, and I needed something she wasn't familiar with. They were perfect. One of my recipients loved the card and your company just as much as I do.

What a nightmare this order was. This is my third attempt and still they printed horribly. The design was perfect, but the print quality just terrible even with my very high resolution photo files. Also ran into issues with a quote I used from an unknown scholar in Bulgaria that I had received permission to use. Went through many rude interactions with Zazzle about how they couldn't print them due to licensing issues despite my having permission. This was not a famous quote, mind you, it was just a quote from someone who is a scholar and I felt it was appropriate to include her name. These were prayer cards for my mother's funeral and I printed very few of them just for guests at the reception. These weren't to be used for some mass commercial sales or anything like that. Zazzle was incredibly rude, they were impossible to get ahold of, they only emailed me in the wee hours of the morning, and then sent contradicting emails from various departments that had me panicking that the cards would not be produced in time for the funeral. They were finally shipped and arrived in time, however, the photo looked so awful, I was happy I had another separate order for larger cards printed using Minted and they came out beautifully, no hassles. Zazzle is just the worst and I am moving all of my future orders to either Vistaprint or Zazzle because the photo reproduction is far superior with them. Hope Zazzle gets their act together, but I will not stick around for that to happen.

Cards are very pretty. Make sure you choose the signature matte instead of the smoother papers so you will be able to write on the back of the cards if you desire. Lovely design, i tweaked it a bit and customized the phrase, and I'm very happy with them.

I really like Zazzle, but unfortunately a mistake was made on my order and the "Thank You" cards of our wedding arrived without the rounded corners that we had configured and that we can still see on our order details... The time it would take to return and get the new cards back is just too much...

the color of the plaid IS NOT the same green as the color of plaid for the golf cart invite. So disappointed as i paid extra for a nice paper finish and what not.

Photo looks faded and dark compared to the proof. This is why I stopped using Zazzle years ago and only went to my local printer. I decided to try them again since I moved but the quality in the printing is just as bad as it has been in the past.

I am so pleased with the business card that I made for my husband. The card is for him to use at Live Steamer events. I put a full pix of the steam train that he built and takes to meets. His personal info to get in touch with him is on the back which is easy to read. Zazzle has great people to assist if you have difficulty. I love Zazzle.

Great Love them! Simple and to the point!

I have never been disappointed with Zazzle. I love being able to upload my own designs and personalize my orders. Cards are my largest purchase, but the mugs and apparel are also a favorite. Thank you Zazzle for being here for me.

Arrived in timely manner and very pleased with the notecards.

I should have measured and saw how small these are. These are soo embarrassing to send out - will not be sending these out for holiday cards. The envelopes I got personalized don’t match the size- will have to figure out another solution. The quality of the picture isn’t good either. It’s very blurry and so small! Extremely disappointed.

First time user here. The print design came out great and cards arrive on time as promise but the quality of manufacturing was lousy. There is a lack of quality control with the finished product. Edges of the card stock must have been cut with a dull blade because the edges were noticibly curled over, not clean cuts making the finished product look like it came from a cheap print shop.

Even though my previous order was lost, the replacement order was received in a timely manner. Thank you

If I could leave a zero star review I would. First my Xmas cards got shipped to another person and I got a smal pack of someone elses cards. I then had to wait another week (getting perilously close to Xmas mailings to arrive too late to my clients) for my cards to arrive and when they finally did my envelopes had stamped all over the, "CONTROL SHEET' in a black box. On top of all things, there is no human to talk to to discuss options. I've been in the que with a chatbot for a human to call me in "17 minutes" for two days. Never again.
