Zazzle Invitations

I'm beyond disappointed. I placed 3 orders, all late. I paid for the most expensive shipping option to arrive next day only to now find out they will arrive 4 days later. I was refunded shipping but the funeral programs will now arrive AFTER the funeral. I'm beyond upset and will be expecting a full refund. Unbelievable that I have had to spend so much time chasing my orders down only to be constantly disappointed.

I am SOOO happy with my new cards! Everyone I hand them to loves them! The colorful design is perfect for my Stained Glass business. Thank you.

The cards turned out exactly as I'd hoped. When the order arrived, I opened the package and looked at the two different designs. Some were not folded exactly down the center, but it wasn't off enough that I was upset about them. I made the mistake of assuming they sent 20 envelopes (10 per design). I didn't count them. That was my mistake. I have emailed them twice and they haven't responded to me. All I want are the 10 missing envelopes. Mistakes happen. I understand that, and a mistake isn't a reason to stop doing business with a company, provided they make it right. But the lack of customer service IS a reason to not do business with Zazzle.

All printed words too small for reading

Not at all what the picture shows terrible depiction. The card is not actually metallic just a grainy color with a highlight in the middle to make it look that way. I was so disappointed when I received these because I thought I finally found the business design I was looking for

75th birthday card was exactly what I expected. The personal picture added to inside of card was vibrant and clear.

Was exactly like pictured. Really nice quality and the paper quality was excellent.

Quality of stock was appreciated. Rounded corners was an option that I feel added a touch of modern. received the cards in a reasonable amount of time. The biggest disappointment was that the smaller copy was far too small for the average person to read. I didn’t feel like I should write and say anything about it because I had a choice to pick bigger copy but I just wasn’t familiar with font sizes. The font size listed for the card was what I went with and it is far too small..

Paper was thinner than the sample one I ordered. Invitation too small for envelope. Very disappointed and embarrassed at having to send out such cheap looking invites. Too much $ to replace them

I would like to reorder these without having to start over.
