Zazzle Invitations

The quality of the paper was good, but the printing was not great. Even though I used professional high quality photos, the printing was not as good. Also, I paid for the most express shipping option, and the order was still delayed.

I have numerous Christmas cards; usually beautiful ones with Angels; however, when I saw these cards in a natural forest setting with one red bow I realized quickly that these were the most wonderful, precious cards ever & I ordered several more for next year.

The design is very pretty, and the delivery was prompt, but the quality of the paper is extremely cheap. It looks/feels like paper from a magazine cover or those cheap free calendars you get from realtors. It is described as "basic semi gloss." I had no idea that a company would sell a wedding invitation with paper of this poor quality. I was beyond disappointed when I received the order. Perhaps inexperience on my part, & I should have made inquiries about paper samples (not sure if that is an option, but it should be!). I would be embarrassed to send these out, and will be ordering replacements.

I ordered 100 save the dates and it was just delivered. The print quality is great, but when I opened it, 8 of them were very bent and messed up. I ordered exactly how many I needed to send out, so I'm very upset with opening this and seeing so many ruined.

My son said this was the best card he ever received. He was excited about how creative the card was!! Thanks for making this card very special!!

I was very disappointed by this order which cut the borders incorrectly and I cannot use the cards as they look terrible. I received no sufficient satisfaction from vendor who referred me to zazzle customer service and blamed them. Definitely do not recommend this vendor who does not stand behind product nor offer solution or replacement.

I’d like to return these. The photos looked much darker than the prototype. I ended up having to get cards from another place. I’ve used zazzle before and loved it but this time it was totally off

Envelopes arrived over 10 days late and were dripping wet. Arrived Dec 22 so now one got Their cards before Christmas and bc they were ruined I had to hand write all addresses anyways
