The paper was nice, and the front of the card was fine but the picture on the back was not as shown, just a grey circle, so not really useful.

I reached out to the creator to adjust the font on the business cards three times. Her response was, you need to contact Zazzle customer service. I contacted Zazzle and they referred me back to the creator who then ignored my message. The cards came in the mail and they were terrible. Time and money was wasted. Very disappointing. I ordered with another vendor, who did a great job.

Beautiful design, great quality paper. Customized exactly as ordered.

I got the basic card stock so you can see through it with all the pics. They also arrived with a slight curve, not straight. Again just poor card stock. Photos did not line up when I would upload them so I’m glad I was careful with editing to move into the right spot otherwise would be very off center

I am Loving ❤️ this website! The customer service is just ok, they say they are eager to help. But I felt that they were very hard to get a hold of, and no available phone number, and returns have to go through an email process, which was extremely impersonal. I didn't like the auto generated responses. Nothing I said was responded to, except for the return request. But the website is AWESOME! I use it to find my base background design or color and then change each almost completely to what I needed, which was fun once I figured out how to operate their design controls. ❤️

My business cards didn’t have all my information

Customer service was very helpful when I had a question. Everything I order from zazzle is great!

My personalized card was 4 days late to late for the 100th bday party.

My white and black dog somehow ended up looking more tan and there's an overall tan tint to the whole photo. Not nearly the same quality (or color) as the photo I uploaded. There are also white specks all over the photos only some of which I've been able to pick off. The backs have ink smears on them. For almost $30 including shipping and only 10 cards I'd expect better quality.
