I was delighted with this card BUT DO NOT WANT MY NAME POSTED

Announcements came out beautifully and are great quality!

This and another card were folded incorrectly during the production process causing a defect in the product (back larger than front, images not appearing correctly). Customer care has been horrible. You can no longer speak to a representative, only email, and I often wonder if it's AI responding because it is very mechanical and unyielding. They not are now requiring all products to be returned even though the defect is very clear through multiple photos. A reprint cannot be done until they receive the defective product ... causing weeks to get a replacement product, which is unacceptable. Zazzle's overall quality seems to be slipping but worst of all, the new customer service policy is a non-starter for the company and will likely cause many people to choose other places to purchase. Be very aware of this new customer service policy when purchasing a product.

The cards are beautiful and feel so nice! The QR code doesn't work. It would be nice if the editing tool showed you what size it needs to be to work. Excellent otherwise!!

After figuring out the editing tool on site, I managed to receive lovely items from this designer. Choose bold colors is my advice.
