Zazzle Invitations

Everything was great

I ordered on April 28th and Zazzled shipped out on May 1st. I was promised delivery before or on May 7th. It is now May 7th and I have not received my order. I am disappointed my order wasn’t received on time and if I would’ve known they had slow delivery service and my order wasn’t going to arrive by the promised date I would’ve paid for faster delivery. Their delivery service is horrible!!

Cancelled previous order because they said I had material in the bleed area so I adjusted the business card in the correct lines and now there's white bordering both sides of my business card. I do not like this.

They were very pretty and professional and arrived quickly and on time!

Invitations and envelopes were lovely. Speed to receive was fair but they are customized so I understood. I went to mail the invites and realized I had 8 instead of 20, so check your quantity upon receipt rather than trust they are all there as I did. I called on Monday to ask that they expedite the missing 12 invites. They said I would have them by today (Friday). Today they tell me they shipped, gave me a tracking number but FedEx has not yet received or processed receipt of the item. So at this point I am unsure when they will arrive as their email did not say the shipping service used. Fingers crossed for tomorrow, Monday at the latest.

I absolutely LOVE Zazzle. It’s so easy to make personalized special cards and gifts.

Had an awful experience with Zazzle as they lost half my order in the mail. I’m not sure how half of my order arrived on time within three days of ordering and the other half is still nowhere to be found two weeks later. Doesn’t make sense to me because the order was ordered all together as one. I specifically ordered my invites from here because of how quick I heard the delivery time is. I guess I was wrong. After a few days of contacting someone, they replied with they will send a new order out. Now I am currently still waiting to receive my diaper raffle cards so I can send out my baby shower invitations which are now late. It is extremely stressful having to wait to send out invites that should have been sent out over a week ago. Safe to say I will not be using Zazzle ever again after this experience.

My sister loved it. Can't beat vintage with a scottie.

I have used Zazzle many many times to purchase business cards I'm always amazed at how great they turn out. There was one time I had an issue but the customer service was great. I would highly recommend Zazzle!
