The ornament was smaller than expected and the printing is low quality. The color is very weak and faded. It’s not rich, high quality printing. It’s like the printer needs a new cartridge.

Super small and everything about it looks cheap and it doesn’t even come with a velvet storage bag. 👎 do not recommend save your money and find a better one elsewhere

Wish I'd thought to take a pic before wrapping it up & taking this anonymous gift into her work place. Came out great! My first attempt the letter color was a bit to pale for the dark background. ZAZZLE customer service was awesome! I was able to make a couple changes to make it perfect!

I've always wanted a large heavy mug like this! Being able to customize with our beloved pets is wonderful bonus! Very easy, colors very close to what the monitor shows. Small learning curve. TIP: My first set (smaller size) the lettering looked subtle on screen but only showed in brighter daylight on a darker background. ZAZZLE customer service is EXCELLENT. Ok so I had 101 pictures of my Aunt/GodMother who lives a life at 82yrs young and more fulfilling than most people in their 20s and 30s. Always is entertaining family and friends in her home, traveling and moving about. Since I could not fit all her photos of the story of her life on a blanket and the whole point was to show the timeline of her life experiences , I decided to put the remaining photos on a pillow to go with the blanket. I would’ve ordered the blanket from this company if they offered it in multiple colored background’s and had a template to fit 65 photos, however they did not that I could see. Let’s get to the pillow. I order two of each because she has two daughters and it would not be right to just have these items someday be passed on to only one daughter . I ordered the pillows in tan background, largest size available and in cotton (small extra cost and well worth it). I opened the package today and the pillows with 35 inserted photos is stunning! It brought tears to my eyes. The design and quality of the pillow did much more than meet my expectations. I thank you so very much with open arms and an open heart for these beautiful pillows which will be passed down to tell the story of my magnificent Aunt’s life . Plus I paid for express shipping because I want to give to her on Thanksgiving since she is hosting it , of course. They arrived as promised. Hopefully the blankets arrive to as promised, since one is for her birthday which past in October and other for Christmas. I want to give them both together on Thanksgiving for all to see the reaction on her face. I had to wait til she went on vacation in mid October to be able to surprise her because I needed to go thru so many photos at her house. Ya can’t get anything past her , Usually! Thanks Again they are BEAUTIFUL! I would send a photo however this item is personal. NOTE: Easy to insert in the template and even her black and white photos were very old turned out better then anticipated on the pillows. So thrilled!

The towel is very nice but did not realize that the hockey player was a lady. I ordered 3 personalized towels and 2 were for boys. Otherwise the product was great. I didn’t see where there was any mention that it was just for women.

Very happy with quality and softness of the bathmat. Took awhile to get here but overall nice deal.

It does state that it is dishwasher safe in the description but when you receive the item it says it is not dishwasher safe. Would be 5 stars if this was accurate. Aside from that, the quality is good, as I have always found from zazzle - I've been ordering random customized things here for over 10 years.

The book came out amazing. The color brown was a gorgeous color and beautiful matte. The gold lettering came out amazing plus we sent in an image to print on the cover and that looked beautiful as well.
