The images in the actual product were too dark to see.

It wasn't ur error. The pic was so much smaller on the square ornament than the round ones that I have purchased in the past. Cant really tell who is in the pic. Its for our four year old grandson. All ornaments would be rated 5 stars. .

It turned out nice, I gave it 3 stars because the color printed was not very saturated so it looked like a faded image.

I am disappointed with this coffee mug because the pictures on it are much smaller than the pictures in prior mugs I ordered. (See picture) I thought the pictures sizes would be all the same as the prior orders. Details in the pictures on this new mug are difficult to see. Don’t think I’ll make anymore orders.

The logo was a bit blurry around the edges and the napkin was very paper-like, versus soft.

I paid double the price of mug for expedited delivery. It’s been two weeks. Not only has the product not come, but there is no accountability. No one responded to multiple requests for a refund of expedited fees. No human has responded. Just a bot that keeps saying someone will get right on it. DO NOT BUY HERE.

These mugs came out SOOO good! We're absolutely thrilled with them!! We bought them for our son's girlfriend. We can't wait to give them to her! Very nice quality as well.
