Ornament itself is ok but change the colour of the printing...the white which is what they show it with doesn't show up well.

That’s the title of my elephant painting that I printed onto these gorgeous Bluetooth speakers. Truly wonderful!

I am so so upset. My event is tomorrow and now it is not showing up until Monday!!. This is awful

The image was as advertised--excellent, I like it. It was packaged well and showed up intact. The image was only on ONE SIDE. That is a problem for a yard sign next to the road. A choice of double sided sign should have been offered. I have to purchase another sign and then attach it to the back of the one I now have--I can only hope it is a good match in terms of size and dimensions. This second sign costs more than the first one and I have to pay for shipping one more time. And I am left waiting one more time. Oh, and there is NO yard stake. Buyer beware. So, I doubt I will use Zazzle again for yard signs.

Received the shipment and one of the mugs was shattered. Poor packaging.

I received this yesterday for my daughter's upcoming wedding next year and although it's not totally clear, it looks beautiful and I couldn't ask for anything nicer. It was blurry, but that size I could see that happening. We all love it!!

Love this product however we are disappointed in the color of the gold writing. It has an orange tint to it rather than more of a gold tint.

Ordered this product with personalization, it showed up with the design upsidedown. Zazzle was good about a refund. I ordered it again, the new one showed up today with two dents. Super disappointing, will see if I can return it

I received the rocks glass today and I am very disappointed, not at all what I have become accustomed to from Zazzle. The design looks as if it were smeared and faded, I also ordered a mug from Zazzle which looks great and it’s the same design. Not sure why the rocks glass design arrived smeared

We ordered this in a dusty blue and it came out purple. It's going to completely clash with our other colors at our wedding. It's too late to return.

We're getting married in five days and it's going to completely clash with our other colors at our wedding... really disappointed that they got something as simple as the color wrong.

This the second time I have reached out to you. I did what you suggested, and it made on difference. The hands keeping slipping and will not keep time. I would like a refund or a clock that a least works.

Just wonderful. The printing was just fine. It is too bad you feel like you need a pat on the back for something you should be paying attention to anyway.

Arrived shattered and zazzle has ignored my requests for a replacement. Also SB (send back) was written on the front which leads me to believe they sent me an already broken product .

Fuzzy picture and overall poor craftsmanship, but that’s hard for me to determine since mine was shattered.
