Loved the mug of the Waldorf Astoria

x-mas ornament was great, brought a tear to my eye.

I had purchased the same one over a year ago and it broke and I just replaced it for my 91 year old mother

Ornament was perfect but there wasn’t a ribbon to hang it by.

Thank you for an awesome, well-crafted, excellent quality product!! Gave this as an early present to hang on the tree and they loved it!!

The Logo and writing was very blurry unable to read it.

It turned out awful, it looked like it had been sprayed with a matt clear paint that went very wrong and it made the photo look mottled and yellow colour. I had to return it.

I was not home, and bafflingly rather than leaving the package at my doorstep they sent it back to the sender. I have not received a refund nor the item I ordered.

The print was so low quality you can’t see the words. Not like the website picture at all. I did request new ones if they can fix the quality :(

Super bummed with the quality of this ornament. The photo I used was taken by a professional photographer so the image quality is great, and this ornament it is totally blurry!!!! Major bummer. Not worth the money
