I'm sure the product is great, but delivery is horrible. The site stated delivery before Christmas, but didn't realize it meant next year. I'll never deal with this company again as long as they're using UPS as a delivery service. Totally unreliable!

I was amazed at the quality of this product due to the low cost. It would have cost me double to have the local printer make the same product at probably the same timeframe.

This was horrible!!! You couldn’t read any of the wording at all! Was so light and horribly blurry. Such a disappointment for what should have been a special gift.

This is my second order of a remebrance pillow. When I lost my canine child, mone brought me so much comfort, being able to look at my baby going to sleep at night. With all of the comfort mine brought me, I sent this one to a friend that just lost their canine baby. One of the most comforting remembrance items I have.

Still Waiting on my order. Christmas is tomorrow and it isn’t here I am NOT happy

WOW!!! I ordered this gift for my step daughter, when she opened and saw her mom's picture she cried....I wanted to get her something special for Christmas in memory of losing her mom to breast cancer. Thank you again for doing an amazing job with this ornament. Have a blessed Christmas.

We absolutely love these ornaments. We bought one for every single one of our babies’ first Christmas. The colors quality is significantly different from the first two to the most recent one. I absolutely love these ornaments, but I was disappointed with the quality of colors this time around. The picture looked blue, although that’s not what I uploaded.

I am very disappointed with the quality of the ornament. This is my third year ordering from you and the quality has gone down significantly. There is almost a textured film over the ornament picture. The other two I’ve ordered in years past were smooth and shiny. Not to mention, the writing in the back is crooked (I made sure it was centered when creating the template) and the picture is aligned in a weird way that wraps around oddly in the back. To be honest, I was hoping to continue this tradition, but after this year I will probably find somewhere else to go.

These are basically the size of thumbnails. The image on the website is a bit misleading.

The shape did not work with the picture, so I want to change the shape to a rectangular which I'll order now.

Always looks exactly as the preview! Shipping was timely. Never disappointed!

I love this clock. It is exactly what I was looking for and more since it could be customized. I was so glad it was still available, since the original one fell ( the command strip’s fault) and broke.
