They say they guarantee their work and that you can send back what you don’t like to get your money back or to re-create the item with some kind of improvement. Unfortunately, however… most of what they create are gifts that have a deadline by which you want to give it to the recipient. This was a Christmas gift to my son. It arrived on time right before Christmas… But not with enough time to return and have the issue corrected. Placement and spelling was correct… But the pictures were SO extremely blurry and faded… Not at all the quality of the picture that I looked at when I did the review before placing the order! Unfortunately, both ornaments that I made… one for my son and one for his girlfriend… or similarly extremely blurry with very poor quality.
