Beautiful ornament keepsake of family vaca! Nice heavy weight and clear image. Font seemed smaller on ornament than on monitor. So maybe enlarge that when making. Otherwise lovely!

The paper was beautiful. However, for some reason, it did not go "as far" as other wrapping paper of the same size/length. This caused me to run out. Had I known, I would have ordered a 3rd roll.

The ceram8c makes me nervous. Too fragile. U already dropped one and it shattered.

This present brought such delight to the recipient. The designer was very helpful -- I had trouble cropping the photos on my own and he did it for me in no time. I liked the mug so much I just ordered 5 more! Highly recommend

The ornament itself was great. Easy to design and came exactly as ordered. Shipping was fast. I did order and pay for a velvet gift pouch for ornament storage which was not included with the shipment.

It's great to be able to design mugs with my colorings on them.

The recipient loves the gift. We're so happy.

There were two ornaments that were engraved incorrectly. The replacements were escalated trying to get them as close to Christmas as possible. Two replacements were sent out. I received only one. I had to call again about the other ornament and they were going to correct the error and ship it, but I have not received it yet. Otherwise, Zazzle is my favorite website.

My nephew smiled when he saw his soccer position / player # on this attractive ornament - loved it!
