They look pretty good but unfortunately text is too small and some characters are barely legible. Would've been great to have some type of recommended minimum text size.

Bought these as a gift-the beautiful view of the Flatirons, for the owners of a house I stayed at. They are a great size and the quality was excellent!

The quality of the banner was amazing! There was a misspelled word that had to be covered up. I wish the system would have caught the spelling error and sent out a notification prior to printing.

The quality of the Jumbo Totes has gone downhill. They used to be a nice heavy fabric, with a Bayside - Made in the USA label on the inside. Now the quality is a much thinner fabric, and they are no longer the Bayside Made in the USA brand. Very disappointed, as we use these for our clients, and I'm embarrased to give our our logo bags with such thin fabric. I'm sure they won't be as durable.

Everything came out perfect for my husband's birthday dinner party. Everyone was talking about how nicely everything came out.

I ordered this as a gift for my aunt. It arrived to her house improperly packaged with the handle broken off. Ridiculous

Omg!! We are obsessed with our wedding favors. She was so easy to work with and did such a good job at making the drawing look exactly like our pup. She was also really good at communicating and we got everything done super quick! Can’t recommend her enough 🥰.

paper colors were very good, the delivery was late seems due to USPS and Zazzle was involved in trying to speed the delay.

The mugs were for a fundraiser for a nonprofit. They were well received.

[This review need not be posted; I would rather get help from Zazzle employees and then do a review praising that help and the product.] The colors of my mugs were significantly more washed out than the colors of the mugs I ordered in 2021. Even though I included a photo of one of the 2021 mugs alongside the mugs in this order, and though Zazzle kindly agreed to redo it, (1) the replacement order only contained 1 mug, whereas both had the same color problem, and (2) the replacement mugs had exactly the same color problem as the original order, namely, the colors were significantly inferior (even Zazzle agrees) to the mugs from 2021. My conclusion is that the colors on all of Zazzle mug products today (and other products?) are inferior to what was the case in 2021 and that the Zazzle employees (and new customers?) apparently cannot tell the difference even when it is pointed out in a photo. I'm at a loss at what to do.

I like it. It’s cute. The only thing they miss it was the letters that I customize but otherwise it’s cute. I love lion King.

it was beautiful and perfect for the occasion

I was expecting a watercolor scene that had some color! It’s just a light grey and light green. Not very exciting. I love the idea of personalized matches was hoping for something a little more dramatic.
