My banner was perfect., my nephew was really happy with it and so was I. It also arrived on time and I was really happy about that as well

i have been quite happy with the coffee mugs. But if you are going to outline images like QR codes, make sure the line art is not too thick. For this specific much, the line work was too thick and it made it difficult for my phone to be able to read the QR Code. Once I brough the thickness down a tad on later coffee mugs, it worked great.

The image came out really well. One thin to keep in mind though, that the colors are really saturated so for this design that included women with different skin tone, be aware of how dark the skin tone looks like. I'm my case, the line art was black for all the faces. I had one face that was a really dark shade. It looked fine on the computer screen, but when inked, the there was little contrast between the skin tone and the line work.

Beautifully done. Much prettier than expected. Love the color. I'm glad it was not broken in transit. There was no bubble wrap to cushion the item. I would love to order more coffee mugs but, please package them better. Hopefully the seller will see this review. I recommend this product.

A little disappointed. I thought the bag was a little too thin. It's very light don't put anything heavier than a legal pad in it. it's cute that's about it.

The area where the logo went was not set correctly and dipped down in the middle on both the top and bottom areas, very noticeable. The quality of the mug was GREAT, it was sturdy and well-made. It was just the logo was wonky. Customer service was fast and friendly for resolving the issue.
