Absolutely loved it.

I wanted the same picture on both sides of the ornament. It wouldn't let me check out until I filled in all 5 slots with a photo. One side had one big picture on it, which is what I wanted for both sides, but the back side had four miniature pictures. It looked ridiculous, but I gave it to them anyway.

I sent this gift to my friends and they absolutely loved it!

I love that I could customize it with a message.

All product bought until now were 5 stars. I cannot add 5 stars on this one unfortunately. The quality of the bag seems good but, the colors and text and logo added are not well done in my opinion.

The keepsake box is very well made and the custom print on the tile turned out exactly as planned. It was a gift and she loved it. I highly recommend this item.

The picture was printed MUCH darker than what is shown here and the original. Too dark to see the detail as desired.

Absolutely adorable for a Christmas gift. I put photos of my baby granddaughter on each side with her name and “First Christmas”! The design even has room for the year. Just adorable.

We were pleased with our order. It arrived faster than expected, the quality of the paper is great.

Did not love the quality. Not that soft and seemed like an inexpensive type of paper.

I've bought a couple of these totes. They are well made and my custom images look great.

Overall, the product was good. Unfortunately the way it was packaged was not. The tumbler was in a bubble wrapped sleeve then inside a snug box, which was great for protection, but left little marks all over the images where the bubbles pressed against the tumbler. I think they might disappear over time, but at this point they are noticeable.

I was worried about how it would turn out with the hand drawn images, but it is FABTASTIC!!! It was a HUGE hit for my son - he loves having his hand drawn images from his trip to Japan on this tree!!

Very satisfied with Christmas ornament. Will order from Zazzle again.
