Number 1 I don't do Images. The banner that arrived had the wrong names and dates. I requested "No Name". I paid extra to have it arrive on time, and it did, but wrong names, I am very disappointed. And no phone number to contact. Edythe S

Disappointed in how blurry they came out, the writing is barely legible.

I didn’t get my order because of carelessness of USPS. My order was lost by post office so zazzle resend with no extra cost package arrived damaged. I immediately notified zazzle they sent another with no extra cost package comes damaged again by post office. So far I’m going in circles trying to get this order in one piece. This was a gift for a friend which now is delayed for three weeks now.

Very disappointed! The writing on the back of the mug was correct but for some reason “ love Elizabeth “ was printed on the front. Unfortunately I didn’t notice the disparity until it was being presented to my Dad. Completely ruined the moment.😩

I was worried when I first opened the package because the denim felt very heavy and my petite frame cannot afford a 10 lb item. I am 5’2 and got the medium (sizes were men’s I think) and it is longer than my other jackets but after looking at it and trying it on, I am in love!! It is thick (er) but not hard and stiff. The design looks great and the picture is straight and well placed. I am in the pacific northwest and it is perfect for now. For the quality of the jacket, the design and the price, it is a hit! I am thinking of buying one for a friend and would definitely recommend trying the store. I am very satisfied. Thank you

It's a decent looking product, but the tile is just a printed image. The images online make it appear like it's embossed. After shipping and the purchase price, it's way too expensive.

I was happy with the two personalized mugs I just received. However, still wondering why you never responded to my numerous emails regarding my previous large order that had a defective mug. That order was for holiday gifts and I was short one because of defect.

I could not even see then like a blur…You need to let customers know if you can’t make there customized photos… I threw them out because it’s more of a hassle to return them. Very disapointed.
