Zazzle Greeting Cards

Printing quality was good, however, the cards don’t quite lineup and the corners are very messy from bouncing around in the box and the rubber band that was holding them together has also cut into the card stock. This option plainly states that blank white envelopes are included however, no envelopes were included. At almost $300 I was expecting more. They did offer to send the envelopes, but they will not be here in time, so they offered a partial refund for the envelopes, and I do appreciate that but not the experience I was hoping for.

Card was of quality paper, came out great just as I expected. I bought 3 actually All with different pictures and designs. My son loved them

Awesome birthday card

I anxiously waited to receive this card that I ordered on 2/25/2026. It is now 3/11/2026 and I still have not received it. My nieces birthday has come and gone. I was made to believe that I would receive this item on 3/9/2026 which would have been perfect. I am so disappointed!

GREAT card!!! Would have been REALLY nice if for $83.00, you would have INCLLUDED the envelopes..... you did not...... now I have my cards (GREAT!!) but no &@#&%^*_)_+)+(()**(&%^&$^%E^%$TY envelopes to mail them in.......... NOT happy

Didn't receive what I ordered. There was no gloss to the cards, and the picture looked like bad CGI.

Cardes were not folded. I ordered 1,000.00 dollar worth of cards and no envelopes were included. I have been placing orders with Zazzle for a lot of years. Extremely disappointed in how I need to contact this company.

Sent the card back. Really pretty funny, if not so annoying. The inside printing of the card was no on the inside right - it was on the back side of the front of the card! And printed upside down! Not sure how this could have gone out like this! Gave me a good laugh, anyway

I absolutely loved the way my daughter’s card came out!!! It was exactly what I wanted it to be and more!!! I was totally pleased.

I ordered a photo collage card with express shipping paid. The item took over two weeks to be delivered then the custom piece was printed upside down. Terrible job. Customer service never got back to me after days of trying to speak to a live person.

I am usually 100% satisfied with Zazzle.. This time however.. I ordered a congratulations card and wanted the inside to be blank and instead it had in writing “Company name”.. somethjng like that.. so I had to throw them away
