I purchased a custom keychain with two QR codes, one printed on each side. Unfortunately, only one of the QR codes works properly. The QR code on the other side does not scan at all. I contacted customer service and provided the original QR code file to demonstrate that the issue was not caused by my artwork. Despite the evidence, they refused to remake the item or replace the defective keychain. Instead, they only offered store credit toward a future purchase.

We had custom buttons made to look like vintage political buttons for our son Lincoln's Graduation Party. He is into politics and his party was all red white and blue, so these buttons were a hit! They were all gone! They were a bit smaller than I pictured, so read the dimensions. Otherwise perfect for what we needed, and not junky but sturdy buttons

Some were not centered

The spacing is off - one of my students is essentially cut off on the top right. On the preview (what I thought was getting), she was fully in view.

I received so many compliments for the buttons. The colors stood out against the backdrop. I will definitely order from this vendor again.
