product is as described and of decent quality. not a whole lot to say... it's a hat with a squirrel logo on it so if you're in the market for a hat with a squirrel logo on it then you're good to go

image embroidery is good but don't bother with the custom embroidery like initials or anything... it doesn't really come out and it's a lot smaller font than I expected. not really worth it.

I think the cap is great and especially what is stands for - Be Great Greatful and Glamorous what a nice slogan.

Not the same item as shown in the photo ,cap very floppy does not hold shape .Cap ordered in black , got cap in a dull blue . Cap fits great , but not happy with this out of the garbage cap. Yours truly, Ken.

The hoodie is good quality thick cotton material, with a nice soft feel to it. Fits true to size with no shrinkage after first wash. Good stitching, should last well.

The embroidery is a excellent quality, true to the design submitted, with crisp and sharp edges. The colours turned out to be closer to the colours on the computer than I thought

Embroidery just as pictured came out great

We made these hats for ourselves with our company logo. This was a second version in a different color thread and it turned out great. The hat fits well and is very adjustable.

The embroidery is very nice. When we initially submitted out thread file, it was rejected because some of the lines were too small. I'm very thankfully for this check because with our revision is came out perfect. The thread color was just what we expected based on the preview. It's great there are a lot of colors to choose from and that we can make products with different color thread without an extra fee.

This is my second hat. They are definitely high quality and durable. I put mine in the washing machine and after two years of steady washing, it is still going strong.

Perfect. The color is spot on and the quality of the work is superb.

I love that the hat is adjustable and it's a good fit.

Some of the stitching is spaced too far apart.

The shirts are heavy duty appear to be very durable that being said living in south Texas they are heavy to wear and do feel hot in them. I rather have a thinner fabric which I'm sure that they sell maybe next time. Other then that they are of high quality with no label on the neck to drive you crazy all day. One note when washing be careful in the dryer a medium will turn small after one dry cycle best to line dry or just order one size larger and it will shrink to fit.

The first batch of shirts that I received had a flaw in the stitching I contacted customer service and they promptly sent me a replacement no questions asked all I had to do is send a picture of the defect. When the new shirts arrived they looked great. Two thumbs up for customer service.

The sweatshirt came out exactly like pictured when we created it. Very happy.

Embroidery was great and BIG as I wanted it to be.

I bought an "IN GOD WE TRUST" hat. The First hot I got looked like it was used. Then, I was told that it was the particular style that made it look like worn. So I called Zazzle and they sent me a different one that actually looked new and in good condition. The Costumer Service was Excellent:)

The quality of the hat was also Excellent. The hat was well designed, comfortable and the letters on it were well made :)
