The initial blanket had a stain on the front of the blanket. Zazzle quickly responded to my inquiry and sent a replacement over night shipping and I was super greatful for since the importance of the blanket was a in loving memory memorabilia. Ups was supposed to over night however it got delayed several times whatever not zazzle fault not the biggest deal as long as they delivered it. Upon receiving the replacement the inside of the blanket where the fleece was also stained like orange stain or something not too sure if it was a manufacturer issue or what. I’ve ordered from zazzle before and the shirt was perfect. I also researched for awhile for the perfect blanket and zazzle had the better quality items and templates. It’s just unfortunate the blanket even the replacement had defects.

Not as expected. I thought the sparkle was actually rhinestones. Cheaply made, it was bent when I received it. Seems like cardboard.

The only reason I gave a one is because it was printed off centered and the “P” was cut off. They offered to replace it and make it right. But it should not have even shipped like that. Not good quality control.

This order was for my wedding seating chart. I paid a lot of money for expedited shipping and was promised this order 4 days before my wedding. It was delivered the day after my wedding. This was extremely frustrating considering I paid so much extra to get them here on time and they weren’t just a little bit late, they were horribly late. This caused me a great deal of stress the week of my wedding and I had to rush to get them done somewhere else and had a lot of trouble finding someone to do them last minute. And additionally threw a lot of money down the drain. Would definitely not recommend ordering from zazzle especially if you want something on time or if it is something for an important event!

It's thin, transparent, with not even loops or grommets to hang with.

My delivery was 3 days late even though it was promised by 1/24 with PAID EXPRESS shipping. I needed my package by 1/25 for an event. Package arrived on 1/27. Truly unacceptable

These arrived quickly, much more so than I expected. They’re very nice. I’ve had better quality, but I paid a penny for it. I don’t want to say these are good “for the price.” They’re good, and I’m left with no desire for replacing them.
