I ordered a background. When I received it, the color was wrong and a letter i was capitalized in the middle of a word. I contacted customer service to see what my options were. I proofed the order so the mistake was clearly mine. Zazzle refunded my order and sent me a discount to reorder the correct item. I was able to place a new order in time and saved an extra $3 in the process. I am completely satisfied with the product and would recommend to all.

I must say thank you for attending to my concern after the origanl one ordered arrived damaged. Your attentivness in responding a day after and sending a new one before my wedding is much appreciated. This one arrived undamaged but I would suggest that better packaging would eleviate disappointments and you needing to resend.

I love this shower curtain! It’s made of durable good quality fabric and the pictures came out perfect!! I ordered this shower curtain because my husband suddenly unexpectedly died 💔😭 and I want his memory to live on with our grandchildren. So, i put pictures of him and the grandchildren on it and every time they use the bathroom, they see him. They love it too!

I love this welcome poster for my son’s rehearsal dinner. It’s simple and elegant and looks pretty in a good frame. I am using the blank space on the right to hang some greenery and white flowers. It’s exactly what I was looking for.
